Booked your pet stay? Here's what you need:

Official Veterinary Records

Once you have booked your pet stay with us, please provide official veterinary records of your pets up-to-date DHLLP, Bordetella and Rabies vaccines. We also strongly encourage having your pet vaccinated against Canine Influenza, but it is not required. You or your veterinarian may email these records to info@foxcreekanimallodge.com to help streamline the check-in process, but you may also bring them in on the day of your booking.

**With the news of dogs getting a respiratory illness across several areas of the USA - We have been monitoring all pets coming into our facility closely. We also use a UVL fogger twice a day and sanitizing with Vital Oxide sanitizer  product. This product will kill bacteria throughly.

Intake Form

Please submit your Intake Form digitally, through the mail, or by dropping it off at our location in Louisburg. Include any special instructions for your pet so our staff can provide with the best care possible pet care. We ask that you deliver your intake form at least 24 hours before your check-in, but if you are unable to do so, you may bring it in the day of your check-in for dog boarding

Toys and Comfort Items

We want your pet to feel at home with us, so we encourage you to bring a favorite toy, blanket, or maybe even a shirt with your scent on it. These items will only be available to your pet stay, so no need to worry about our other guests ruining them!

Please DO NOT bring in large items such as beds/large blankets. We have no way of storing large items and cleaning them!

Food and Medications

Your pet care health is our highest priority, and we want to keep their diet as consistent as possible! Bringing your pets favorite food from home is recommended, and we ask that you bring it in a small container or Ziploc-type bag. Any medications that your pets need must be clearly labeled for our staff to insure proper usage.

Large Containers and Bags WILL NOT be accepted.

Refrigeration is available for food and medications that require it.

Elderly and Diabetic Pets

Our staff wants to properly care for your elderly pet, and they must be ambulant (able to move freely) for us to do so. We unfortunately do not have the facilities to safely care for immobile pets for dog boarding This is also applicable for diabetic pets, and we cannot accept them as guests.
